One crew.
Every season.
Buffalo Prime Services is a family owned outdoor property company covering Buffalo and the towns around it, all twelve months of the year.
We started with one mower
and a plow truck.
The company got built the way we build a patio. Level, square and made to last. Twelve years on, the crews keep hundreds of properties across Western New York in shape through six feet of lake effect snow and July heat alike.
The structure has never changed. Most property owners end up with four contractors a year: a mowing service, a landscaper, a tree company and whoever answers the phone during a storm. Each one has to be told the same things about your property, and none of them is responsible when something falls through the gap between them.
We run it as one crew on one schedule. The people who cut your lawn in June plow your driveway in January. They know the gate code, where the beds end and where the sprinkler heads sit, because they were the ones who put them in.
What to know about Buffalo Prime Services
We walk the property
In person, not from satellite images. We look at drainage, grade, what is already failing and what is about to.
