Service areas across Erie and Niagara counties, thirty one towns covered by the same crews on the same weekly schedule. Find your town below.
We run out of Buffalo, so the inner ring is the core of the route. Amherst, Cheektowaga, Tonawanda and Kenmore see us weekly through the season. South of the city we cover West Seneca, Hamburg, Orchard Park and East Aurora, and we run east through Clarence, Lancaster, Depew and Alden.
North into Niagara County we serve Lockport, Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Wheatfield and the smaller hamlets around them. If your town is not listed, call anyway. The edge of the map moves depending on what is already on the route that week.
Every town on this list sits on a fixed route rather than a call list. Properties in the same area are grouped onto the same service day, which is why you get a set day of the week instead of a window and a promise. It is also why we can hold prices that a company driving across two counties for single jobs cannot.
The practical difference shows up in winter. Snow routes are built in October, before the first storm, and they follow the same geography as the summer schedule. A seasonal customer in Hamburg is cleared by the truck that is already working Hamburg, not by whoever is free once the phone stops ringing. Lake effect makes that local density the whole game, because a band can bury one town and leave the next one dry.
Coverage is deepest in the inner ring, where we run weekly through the season. Further out, in the Niagara County villages and the rural towns east of the city, the schedule is still fixed but the route runs on set days rather than daily. If your town is not on the list, it is worth calling. The boundary moves with what is already booked nearby, and a neighbour or two is usually enough to make a street work.
Every one of these service areas gets the same written scope, the same insured crews and the same 24 hour quote turnaround. Nothing is subcontracted out once you leave the city line.
Town pages are worth reading before you call. Each one covers what the housing stock and the ground actually demand in that specific place, because a tight village lot in Kenmore and a five acre parcel in Alden are not the same job even when the service on the invoice has the same name. Access, drainage, tree cover and where the snow can legally be piled all change town to town.
If you manage property in more than one of these service areas, say so at the quote stage. Multiple addresses on one agreement schedule better and price better than the same addresses booked separately, and you deal with one person for all of them rather than one per town.
