Terms and Conditions for Buffalo Prime Services

This terms and conditions covers Buffalo Prime Services and every outdoor property job we quote, schedule or carry out across Buffalo and Western New York.

Quotes and estimates

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A written quote covers the scope described in it. Anything found after the quote, for example rot discovered once a deck board comes up, is quoted separately before it is done.

Scheduling

Maintenance visits run on a set day wherever possible. Weather moves schedules, particularly in spring and in winter, and we will tell you when it does.

Snow services

Seasonal snow agreements run for the stated season at the stated trigger depth. Seasonal customers are serviced ahead of per push customers during a storm.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms printed on the invoice. Ongoing work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and will provide a certificate on request. We are not responsible for damage that was already there, or for items left in the work area that were not pointed out before work started.

Cancellation

Maintenance programs can be cancelled with reasonable notice. Seasonal snow agreements run for the season, because the route is committed in advance.
