Patios built on a frost ready base with proper compaction, because the base is what fails, not the stone.

Spring to fall work, part of our Build & Hardscape programme, and paver patio runs on the same schedule and the same invoice as everything else on the property.

The stone almost never fails. The base does. A paver patio built on a shallow or poorly compacted base in this climate will heave through its first few freeze and thaw cycles, and once the surface has moved there is no fixing it from the top.
Ours are excavated to depth, compacted in lifts, screeded on bedding sand and finished with edge restraint and polymeric sand. Base depth and compaction standards from the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute are the ones we build to. It is the least visible part of a paver patio and the only part that decides whether it is still flat in a decade.

We run paver patio across Buffalo and 31 towns through Erie and Niagara counties. If your street is not on the list, call anyway. The edge of the route moves with whatever is already booked nearby, and one or two neighbours is usually enough to make a street work.

Most people book paver patio alongside one or two of these. Putting them on a single agreement schedules better and prices better than booking each job separately, and you deal with one crew and one invoice for the whole property rather than chasing three contractors.
