Weekly mowing on a fixed day, cut at the right height for the season rather than as short as possible.

Spring to fall work, part of our Lawn & Yard Care programme, and lawn mowing runs on the same schedule and the same invoice as everything else on the property.

Lawn mowing here is not a fixed height job. Cool season grass in Western New York wants to come down short in May and stay long through the August heat, and a crew that runs the same deck setting all year burns your lawn in summer and leaves it soft going into winter.
So the schedule moves with the grass rather than the calendar. Growth rates published by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County line up with what we see on the route, and the lawn mowing plan gets adjusted twice a season. You get a set day, a set price and a cut height that changes when it should.

We run lawn mowing across Buffalo and 31 towns through Erie and Niagara counties. If your street is not on the list, call anyway. The edge of the route moves with whatever is already booked nearby, and one or two neighbours is usually enough to make a street work.

Most people book lawn mowing alongside one or two of these. Putting them on a single agreement schedules better and prices better than booking each job separately, and you deal with one crew and one invoice for the whole property rather than chasing three contractors.
