Family properties and usable yards
in Lancaster, NY

Lancaster is full of family properties where the back yard is in constant use. That changes what the landscape has to do. Turf has to take traffic, patios have to seat a crowd, and the planting cannot be precious.

We design for the way the space is actually used rather than how it photographs, which usually means tougher grass, wider paths and hardscape sized for real furniture.

Every Lancaster landscaping job runs off one written scope and one crew, from the first walk of the property to the last plow of the winter. That matters more here than it would elsewhere. the National Weather Service Buffalo office records some of the heaviest seasonal snowfall of any metro area in the country, and Lancaster landscaping has to be planned around it rather than surprised by it.
