Do you handle both summer and winter work?+
Yes. The same crew that mows and maintains the property through the season plows it in winter. That is the whole point of the way we are set up, and it is why we do not hand you off to a subcontractor in November.
How fast do I get a quote?+
We walk the property and send a written number within 24 hours. Not a range, not a verbal, a written scope with a price on it.
Are you insured?+
Fully insured, and we will send the certificate before any work starts. If a contractor will not send you one, that tells you something.
Do you require a contract for snow?+
Seasonal snow contracts are the norm because they guarantee you a spot on the route before the first storm. Per push is available, but seasonal customers are serviced first.
What areas do you cover?+
Buffalo and the surrounding towns across Erie and Niagara counties. If you are on the edge of the map, ask us, we probably still come.
Can I book a single job instead of a program?+
Yes. Plenty of customers start with one patio or one removal. There is no obligation to move onto a maintenance schedule afterwards.
