Higher ground and heavier winters
in Springville, NY

Springville sits higher than the lake plain and holds snow longer. The season starts earlier and finishes later, which shifts the whole maintenance calendar back at both ends.

We plan Springville properties on that calendar rather than the Buffalo one, which matters most for cleanup timing and the first cut of the year.

Springville landscaping work gets scheduled around the growing season rather than around whoever called last. Seasonal timing from Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County lines up with what we see on the route, and the crew handling your Springville landscaping in June is the same crew clearing the driveway in January.
